Demolition and Site Preparation
Demolition workers remove walls, flooring, fixtures and other building elements to prepare spaces for renovation or redevelopment. Depending on the project, the work may involve hand tools, power tools or larger demolition equipment.
Typical tasks can also include dismantling materials, clearing debris and keeping the site organised and safe.
Physical Work and Site Safety
Demolition work is physically demanding and requires practical skills, reliability and confidence working with tools. Previous construction or demolition experience can be an advantage.
Following safety procedures is especially important when handling heavy materials, working around unstable structures or using demolition equipment.
