• Experience applying, levelling, smoothing, and finishing plaster by hand or with suitable equipment
• Understanding of interior and exterior plastering techniques
• Ability to identify and repair common defects such as cracks or damaged surfaces
• Safe use of plastering tools, mixing equipment, ladders, and scaffolding
• Physical ability to work for extended periods on walls, ceilings, and façades
