• Practical experience in plastering, rendering, stucco work, renovation, or a related trade
• Knowledge of different plaster systems, mortars, and finishing materials
• Ability to assess substrates and select suitable preparation methods
• Experience applying, levelling, smoothing, and finishing plaster by hand or with suitable equipment
• Understanding of interior and exterior plastering techniques
• Ability to identify and repair common defects such as cracks or damaged surfaces
• Safe use of plastering tools, mixing equipment, ladders, and scaffolding
• Physical ability to work for extended periods on walls, ceilings, and façades
