Flat countryside, cycling routes, historic churches, and several castles give Ebreichsdorf a relaxed character despite its position in a well-connected economic region. A roughly 20-kilometer route through the different districts makes many of these sights accessible on foot or by bicycle, while additional green and recreational areas add to the local quality of life. For businesses, Ebreichsdorf benefits from direct access to the A3 as well as the B16 and B60 roads. Commercial zones accommodate industrial companies, while a healthy mix of small and medium-sized businesses in skilled trades, services, and other sectors creates additional employment opportunities for the local population.
Lower Austria surrounds Vienna and is the country's largest federal state by area, with St. Pölten as its capital. Its character ranges from growing towns around the Vienna metropolitan area to industrial zones and smaller communities across the state. Thanks to its central position and major road, rail, and airport connections, Lower Austria is closely linked to Vienna as well as neighboring Central and Eastern European markets, while manufacturing, logistics, food production, technology, and services all play an important role in its diverse economy.
