Handyman responsibilities:
- Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance around buildings and properties
- Assemble and install shelves, furniture, fittings, fixtures, and other interior elements
- Repair doors, handles, hinges, locks, cabinets, and similar components
- Patch small holes, cracks, and damaged wall or surface areas
- Measure, cut, drill, fasten, and fit materials for basic repair and installation work
- Replace worn or damaged fittings and hardware
- Perform minor maintenance around kitchens, bathrooms, storage areas, and common spaces
- Identify problems that require a specialist and report them before further work is carried out
- Keep tools, materials, and work areas organized during and after each task
Handyman requirements and skills:
- Practical experience with property maintenance, repairs, installation work, or a related field is an advantage
